  2. What does breast reduction involve?

    Breast reduction involves reducing the size of large or sagging breasts to a comfortable cup size. The procedure aims remove excess breast tissue, re-contour the breasts and reposition the nipples. Your plastic surgeon will take physical requirements into consideration to determine the best treatment.

  3. Can body contouring remove my fat?

    Body contouring and liposuction is not a substitute for diet and exercise however will improve the appearance of the skin. Body contouring can help remove those stubborn deposits of fat and encourage formation of new shape.

  4. Will a tummy tuck make my stomach flat?

    Again, a tummy tuck is not a substitute for correct diet and exercise; however it will remove fat deposits from the lower abdomen. The best results are obtained in patients of near normal weight who have excess skin, or slight excess of fat.

  5. I have unsightly bags under my eyes what can I do?

    You can have eyelid reduction surgery to remove the fat and excess skin in that area. Following the removal of fat and excess skin, the incisions are gently closed. This procedure can also be used to correct ageing 'crows feet' as well.

  6. What results can I expect after treatment?

    A successful procedure will give you a youthful and relaxed appearance. Excess fat will be removed and creases in the eyelids improved.

  7. My face is tired and saggy what are my options?

    A facelift would be the best solution to this problem. The procedure involves a careful incision along both sides of the face so skin can be separated from the underlying fat and muscle. The skin is then drawn upwards and backwards, and excess skin removed, rejuvenating and leaving a youthful appearance.

  8. My nose has a big bump and it affects my confidence can you help?

    Rhinoplasty (Nose surgery) can be performed to reduce the shape any bumps or ridges in the nose. Incisions are generally made inside the nostrils, through which trimming of cartilage and shifting of bone structure can take place. This surgery is also used for patients with breathing problems or who have suffered from a broken nose.

  9. My ears stick out what can I do?

    Ear surgery (Otoplasty) is a cosmetic procedure that involves pinning back protruding ears so they sit flush with the face. A prominent crease is created in the ear and the cartilage is remodelled so the ear sits flush to the side of the head.

  10. I have a skin cancer can you remove it safely?

    Yes our surgeons can remove skin cancers by surgical excision. Often these excisions can be sutured by direct closure. Other times a graft or skin flap may be necessary. The lesion will then be examined under a microscope by a pathologist for an accurate diagnosis.

  11. I want to get rid of my 'crows feet', what can I do?

    These lines can reduced through the use of natural purified protein that relaxes the wrinkle causing muscles in the face or by restoring the soft tissues around the eyes by adding volume using dermal fillers.

  12. What happens after my surgery?

    Following your surgery you will see our highly trained nurse for wound-care and removal of your sutures. Your surgeon will monitor your healing and will see you again for a post - operative consultation to discuss the treatment outcomes.
