Double Chin Treatment

Double chin treatment

Double Chin” defined

Fullness under the chin or a ‘double chin’ is a common concern for both men and women. It can be caused by:

  • Ageing: It may naturally develop as you age

  • Genetics: Simply said, it may be part of your DNA

  • Weight changes: It may appear as a result of weight change

Sometimes, no matter how much you diet or exercise, the fullness in this area may not go away – and it may make you feel like you look older and heavier than you actually are.

How double chin treatment works?

The active ingredients in the treatment is synthesised deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid also occurs naturally in the body.

When injected below the chin, it reduces fat, resulting in a better contoured neck profile and jawline.

As it is a prescription-only medicine, double chin treatment is only available in a doctor’s practice as a prescription medication.
